Can anyone help? I've just accuired an old Merlin needing renovating she's 14' by 6.8 and was made by Anderson Rigden & Perkins. I have a number that was embossed into the hog - 2787. I Can anyone tell me the class of boat etc from this info - much appreciated.
This years year book has 2787 as being called 'Ready Steady Go'and she is a Hexagon, designed by Keith Callaghan.
MR 2787 is a Hexagon design by Keith Callaghan. As you say she was built by Anderson Rigden & Perkins in Whitstable probably in 1973 or 74. She was named 'Ready Steady Go' and her first owner was registered with the MROA as G. Quercia, 10 St Margarets Close, Cromer, Norfolk.
