Join us for the UTSC Merlin Open on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th September, with the De May Vintage Series and Spade Oak Bowl (open to non vintage) on the Saturday and the Silver Tiller incorporating the Thames Series on the Sunday. Racing on both days will start at approximately 11am.
As usual camping is available on Friday and Saturday nights and there is a Greek-inspired buffet meal on the Saturday evening.
Melina’s two course Greek-inspired menu, £24:
- Lemon and Oregano Breast of Chicken*
- Traditionally prepared Bulgar Wheat (cooked with Tomatoes, Onions and Vermicelli)
- Roasted Vegetables (Red Onions, Peppers, Sweet Potato, Courgette and Aubergines)
- Smashed Roast Potatoes
- Greek Salad
- Tzatziki
Dessert: Crinkle Baklava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream
*For vegan or vegetarian dietary bookings, Stuffed Aubergines replaces the chicken dish
