Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Merlin Rocket Owners’ Association will be held on Saturday 29th June 2024.
The location of the meeting will be at Salcombe Yacht Club.  It is scheduled to commence immediately following the Salcombe Merlin Rocket Week briefing.
Notice of the AGM has been made through the MROA website with resolutions to be submitted no later than 26th April 2024 in accordance with the Association Rules.

47 voting papers were returned.
Agenda item 2 - Approval of 2023 AGM minutes: passed 47 votes
Agenda item 4 - Approval of Treasurers Report and Accounts: passed: 47 votes
Agenda item 5 - proposal to increase membership fees passed 47 votes
Agenda item 6 - Election of committee member (Rob Allen): passed 47 votes
Agenda item 7 - Proposal to modify the Merlin Rocket class rules (advertising):
Abstentions 7 - Against 15 - In Favour 25
Although there was a majority in favour, this does NOT meet the requirement for a 75% majority and therefore is NOT passed.
