Hi everyone, 
Ranelagh is looking forward to the downriver race on Saturday. For those who havent done it before its a trip down from Putney under multiple bridges to Battersea, round a buoy and back again. We sail down on the last of the ebb and back on the first of the flood, hopefully turning as the tide turns....
 
It is the final event in the Craftinsure Thames, Classic and Vintage Series. 


Entry is £10 which includes bacon rolls, tea, coffee and a lunch afterwards. 


The start time is not before 12.30. We launch directly into the starting area. 


Parking is free on the slope of the embankment of the river, the tide will be out for the duration of the race and beyond. The side streets are not free on a Saturday. 


Any shortages of crew or helm or any other issues at all, please give me a buzz. We love a good turnout and hope to see many of you on Saturday.
