Clause 2.9 as follows:
Definition of valid draw entry: a valid draw entry is that received from a nominated boat helm, inside the entry window. The entrant must be a full or associate member of the MROA at time of entry, and draw.  Note: A crew, which means any person named as crew on the entry form, may not enter on behalf of the helm, even if the crew is the boat owner and a full or associate member of the MROA. A change of nominated helm is a new entry.
