The work to keep the class firmly in the headlines continues with a commission for a yachting mag that charts the development of the boats through some of the designers. Not easy, 70 years of continuous development, 7 designers and all in 1500 words....but I'll get there.
BUT - that is not all! Is anyone aware of any video footage of  Merlins/Rockets/ merlin Rockets sailing - anything from 1946 to 1986 preferred? 
 
If so - please give me a shout...... I could well use it in a number of presentations that are coming up.

Sorry forgot to say it is from 1946.

I know there are two clips on Pathe of the tideway races that include Merlins. So try searching 'tideway' too.
