Hi Stu B, you mentioned racing Orac (winder) in the 90's. Was she called Orac back then? do you know the history of the name?

I'm not sure, possibly Blakes 7 (The computer), but could be wrong.

I thought the computer in Blakes Seven was called Zen...

Zen was the ship, they had a portable computer that was a genius called Orac, which they could shut up.  That came later on.

 Hey thanks I thought also Blakes 7.... then  starting looking deeper and found Orac may have been used to describe 'Oracle' in a kind of Merlin's Latin.  I could not find much information on this, so Blakes 7 is looking favourite.
