As a past owner who spent time renovating 3480, this boat is a bargain at this price. She had some epoxy work done on the inside, and new waterline paint job from Synthesize 
 A rare Ian Holt ROTS2 that carries weight well. She needs updating with a carbon rig preferably to be competitive against the other woodies of the same age now, but the raking M6 rig is good for starters.
