We are in the market for a wooden boat, simple question which one on the current for sale list would you buy?

you have to be quite light to sail Danger Bat, it took Dick a while to get it balanced

First of all, what is your budget and what type of sailing will you be doing. Example De May of ST racing?

Probably 3400 (Winder) or 3508 (Chipstow) if for general racing against Winders etc. Await reply to questions with interest

Have to agree with Jez here.. 3400, formr championship winning boat, beautifully maintained and capable of great straight line speed. If you are on large water or the sea, and are adamant about wood, it is to be recommended. GGG

Given the current prices, I would buy a MK1 Winder Tales, but if you really want a wooden one, I would buy Danger Batt (3400) every day of the week.

Yes the Thin Ice has been sold, however, I would still have been tempted by 3400.

This Thin Ice design, 3548, was for sale on ebay earlier this year. Not sure about its performance or if the owner sold it.
