A bit of a drive (maybe 3 hours), but I have rented before from the Wooden Boat Center in Seattle. Great setting and interesting boats.

Just pop along to the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club a 5 dollar taxi from centre, Stars, Dragons, 470s,OPPIES!
