...or whatever it's called from the bow to the transom and around the centreboard casing. I need 2x 1.5m long x 6mm diameter half round. My chandlers can get 10mm but that's way too thick. I've found a marquetry firm selling 1.0m lengths but would prefer continuous pieces at 1.5m each. Also, those triangular bits fore and aft of the centreboard casing, does anyone know where I can get them or do I have to get them made ? Thanks in advance

I've got a couple of old strips from alongside the centreboard slot of our old (long gone) Smokers Satisfaction. I can measure them up if it helps. They're not the easiest things to post (long, floppy and a little brittle!)

Thanks for the offers of the old strips, if only I had more time, I need to get floating by Monday ! I've splashed out on some new keelbands (I now know the lingo!) from Classic Marine - added to my bookmarks.
