Who's going to the 45th annual Hamble Warming Pan on 10/11 March?
The traditional format is on offer this year with a twist.
2 races a day - 1st start 11am Saturday - £20 entry fee
This year the event is shared with just the Fireflys and Foxers so there are no pesky asymmetrics to get in the way on those long downwind legs along the river bank.
and the twist...
Over the winter Hamble River Sailing Club has spent over £100k upgrading their changing rooms. Hot showers are now on tap for all, not just the race winners!
More information elsewhere on this site and via the Hamble River SC website www.hambleriversc.org.uk
16 Merlins attended in 2006, for once not the biggest fleet at the event as the Fireflys managed 18 entries. Who will be on top in 2007?

I shall be watching from the shore with my rule book and rule 42 guide! Why not ask Hamble River YC to offer arbitration in the sailing instructions?

Barry..... I've got my Beneteau moored right on the HRSC start line and will be spectating from the 'best seats in the house'. You - and your Rule Book, opened at Page 19 (Rule 42) are more than welcome aboard too.
Coffee - and something stronger for the 'inner man' on tap as well!
