With boat names like that, perhaps the fleet has been reading Roger Melly's Profanosaurus. Brilliant!

meanwhile....at the Laser Vago Nationals, Glen Truswell (crewing for Jo Richards) came 2nd with Lucy Burn and Claire Stopps in 6th.

Looks like Liam and Andy have blown it for the Larks. For those interested Northern Chris (Robinson) is sailng as Rachael Rhodes.

Tom Jeffecote (crewed for Taxi last week) watched his boat fall apart on the water, apparently pretty spectacular to watch the deck, tank and hull mouldings separate while sailing. The boat is dead, they got back safely.

And I thought they were built better these days! Just goes to show why the Lark fleet is the single largest market for duct tape in the world...

I like to think I helped train Fran as she crewed me in my Cadet when she was about 10 years old ;-) !!

Did you teach Fran you're unique helming style? - Elbows Up!

Considering Rob had been in the drink four times, I'm not surprised his elbows were up! Probably trying to dry himself off in the wind. Well done mate!!!

Tom's boat must have been one of those sub-contracted to Ovington - heard their Firefly's were dodgy too!

Fireflies were about three years ago - thought the problems were solved now!

Fran won today, she sounded pretty surprised herself. Still only gets her to 11th overall. Too excited to ask her how Liam and Andy got on, but obviously she beat them again!

she's good that girl. Maybe you should let her helm the Merlin.

I tried, she said it was too big and heavy. I think perhaps she just likes sailing with her big brother.

She told you couldn't crew!
