Topic : I need photos

Oh no! I've neglected the set of images that flip around on the home page of this site - how could I do such a thing? Could be because I havent had many photos from recent open meetings....but also I have been forgetting. Sorry!

Can anyone send me some pics? Parkstone particularly ought to have been good. Perhaps some social ones too. Please dont send me 100s though - just pick your best 3!

Cheers.

I need photos too!
Thanks to everyone who has sent me discs and hi-res emails.
but more are needed for this magazine and the next one.
Does anyone know who was taking pictures at Bala or Blithfield.
Liam took some out on water at Hayling - any good Liam?

Pat, I have a copy of a disc of jpg photos taken by HISC at the 60th champs and some pics (prints only but could digitise) of the fancy dress night.

Let me know if you want to borrow either/both.

Some time ago I think you asked andrew Craig if you could use some from the Bolton website (2005 Merlin Open) He did say there was no problem.

Mags,

What happened to the hundreds of cd pics I gave you following my stint as Mag Editor? There were some cracking pictures.

We've got the third part of the Blithfield Barrel on Sunday. There's a bit of wind expected - I'll see if I can get Peter or Tim Male to arrange for some decent photos (of Merlins, of course).

Very true Richard, I had put those CDs away, after using them to create the 'library' section. Will have to trawl through them again when I have time.

To be honest I was feeling lazy and hoping people would feed me 1 or 2 good ones, rather than me having to look through 300 myself!!!

Mags,
I have a few taken at Tamesis yesterday and a 1 min (low res 10Mb) video of the start (14 Merlins out).
I could try and e-mai; some tonight if you are interested.

You had better not show that or people may get the idea we have no regard for rule observance what so ever, particularly responding to hails of "water", if my memory serves me correctly.

I wouldnt worry, I've just had to censor some far worse 'yoof' pics with rather illegal looking content....
