MERLIN ROCKET FORUM

Topic : Hampton Open

Just noted from the Hampton silver tiller results that 847 Bambusa helmed/crewed respectively by Tammy members Berry Ritchie and myself didn't feature. Although we had a DNF, DNS and DNS, we did turn up honest. Would be nice to be acknowledgded as doing so!

Sorry about that - can't really account for it. We were struggling to fit everyone on the results board and it sounds as though we missed you off in error. I will confirm to the ST results people that you did indeed sail!

I loved the photos on Y&Y, its not often that you get such a feeling of 'movement' from a static two dimensional image, rock and roll.

Reminds me why I dont race inland.

Thanks for that Andrew. Not bad eh Brian? However, where were you and Ken that day?

To Weeble, isn't the silver tiller designed to test sailors on ALL types of water - offshore, open and restricted? Anyway, the view from the bar (and the beer) was excellent!
