Hi all:  looking for information about this boat's last recorded owner.  I have the 2001 and current yearbooks but the 'current' owner is not listed in it.  I would appreciate if someone with 'all' yearbooks could check back in them?

Also wondering if MR association maintains measurement records for boats which are no longer registered with the association (like this one).

This boat was designed by Mr. David (Villiers)-Child for Richard Winter.  I would like to know the latest owner/location of said owner if possible.  Thanks in advance for any help!

Rob, The RYA holds the measurement records and can reissue a measurement certificate where one has been lost (at a cost).  Contact their technical team via the website, but I suspect that you have to be the owner.
