Can someone explain to me how twe boats that both came out of the Steve Neil boatshed to different designs with different names share the same sail number ie 3560 on Luka recently at the cookham open and Scantily Clad , entered for the nationals. Call me old fashioned but they can't both be registered with that number so therefore cannnot both be sailing in class when they do race.
ps I've got a lump of lead in my boat, may as well toss it over the side and knock some fish out!

Since they both belong to the same person i'd guess that he has two good suits of sails for 3560 while the sails off scantily clad (3631?) are not so good.

He should do what Robin Judah used to do and have the TWO numbers on the sail, admittedly it was spinnakers in the days when Hornets and MR's had the same spinnaker.

My fault, entered Scantily Clad in the Nationals under the sail number 3560, not boat number 3631.
