Topic : Eposeal wood sealer

I have put three coats of Eposeal on and they have soaked in pretty well but I was wondering whether the finish should be absolutely gloss all over or is it OK to have dull bits before getting onto the epoxy coat. I have to wait 10 days before coats to let the solvent out completely and obviously I will be flatting down before the epoxy (and again before the polyurethane). Any advice welcome.

Eposeal often looks a bit patchy.

I wouldn't bother putting resin over it as the resin does the same job as the eposeal - just needs a few coats of two pack varnish to keep the UV off.
