Shustoke have problems with low water and weed so the Midland Open Meeting scheduled for there on 5th September has been postponed probably until the first week in November.
More here as soon as a new date is confirmed.

Has the November date for this event been confirmed? Will the start be earlier than usual to make up for the radpidly failing afternoon light?

Unfortunately, the club have now told me that they are unable to offer the 7th November date and as the next Sunday coincides with the opening round of the Blithfield Barrel which many Midland boats take part in, I have decided to cancel the Shustoke Open for 2010.
Should ensure a good turnout at Redditch of those who need a non-Silver Tiller event to qualify
