Shoreham SC are delighted to welcome all our Merlin friends to Shoreham for the Silver Tiller weekend on 17-18 June. The home of ‘real sea sailing’ with great waves and fabulous sea breezes this is an event not to be missed! Dinner on Saturday night at the club from our fantastic caterers Fete & Lime, the famous egg throwing competition and a late night in the bar are guaranteed. Free parking and cheap camping for tents and camper vans.
 
In addition, this year we have the Festival of the Sea being held on 10-11 June being held with our neighbours Sussex YC, this is an open event comprising 3 races on Saturday and a long-distance race to Brighton and back on Sunday. Boats can be left at the club in our secure compound rigged and ready for the Silver Tiller the following weekend.  Booking for both events can be found on the website www.shorehamsailing.org

The long range forecast is looking pretty glamorous for this weekends Silver Tiller at Shoreham SC.
 
There is a briefing at 1130 with the first start scheduled for 1330. The Sunday racing also counts towards the Allen Sailing South East series.
 
If you haven’t already booked on line please sign up asap, it really helps with the running of the event if we know who’s coming.
 
Camping is available, but is limited so sign up now to avoid disappointment.
