So next weekend is a double at Hampton SC.  On Saturday we have the De May Vintage series for boats with a sail number of 3357 or below; 3 races with the 1st start not before 11:00.
On Sunday the Thames series continues, open to all Merlin Rockets, with a first start again not before 11:00.  Entry is £10.00 for one day or £15.00 for both.  You can expect a hot drink and bacon butty on arrival, with the traditional Hampton buffet lunch and a proper Hampton tea (not included in your entry fee however).
On Saturday night there will be a curry being delivered for 18:30; £14.00 a head with a choice of Butter Chicken; Lamb Bhuna or Chicken Madras.  We will need you to order no later than mid-day on the Saturday.
We have new and improved launching arrangements.  We have a floating pontoon which links the end of the Bell Hill car park on the Middlesex bank (below the church) with our slipway and pontoon on the Church Lawn which will provide a much easier launch and recovery.  Please use this instead of Benns Alley.  Between races on both days boats can either remain in the water tied to the club or taken out onto the island (though space is somewhat limited).
