Blithfield Barrel - Sunday 9th February - Races abandoned.
 Sorry everyone, but with Storm Ciara forecast to be at its height on 
Sunday afternoon, we have taken the decision to cancel sailing.
The results as published for the first 6 races will stand and 2
 discards are allowed. Therefore congratulations to Andy Davis and Pippa 
Kilsby who take the win but on equal points with Chris Gould and 
Caroline Croft.
In order to hold the prize giving we have decided to run a separate 
one-off handicap event -- "The Blithfield Blast' on Sunday 1st March starting at 11.30 with 3 races, entry is free and there will loads of prizes. 
Following racing there will be the prize giving for the Barrel
 and The Blast. Due to the generosity of our sponsors (see 
http://www.blithfield.org.uk/barrel/ for details of the sponsors and full results) we 
will be giving prizes for achievement throughout the fleet – not just 
the top few.
