Parking.
Steve, from SHA will be on hand at Batson until latish on Friday and certainly on Saturday AM to allocate you a space. Time was, when the SHDC books balanced, we could expect free parking; post austerity, not any more sorry to say.
It would help you and Steve, if you could find a moment to book yourself a space. 01548 843791. By these means you may be able to negotiate a favourable spot.
The good news is that we do get dispensation from harbour dues. Many of you have paid for harbour dues anyway, having entered Merlin Week.
After dropping the boat it may pay to leave the car either in the long term car park or in the upper reaches of town where parking remains free.
