This weekend sees the conclusion of both the Silver Tiller and HD Sails Midland circuit.
Hoping for a good turn out from the home fleet and looking forward to welcoming visitors to next years inlands venue.
A note from the Blithfield bosun please ensure that you give your trailer and boat a thorough clean to avoid bringing any nasties from Draycote whom we are told have the Killer Shrimp issue.
Blithfield has killer bacon butties on arrival and a well stocked sensibly priced bar for afters!

 Congratulations to Matt Biggs and John Hacket who after the Chelmarsh event have taken an unassailable lead in the HD Sails Midland Circuit for 2015.
However the next two places are still wide open with 4 teams in very close battle for the final podium positions and two others in with an outside chance of gate-crashing the party. 
12 Qualifiers so far this season with Chris Gould, Guy Browne, Henry Mason and Mike Ainslow all still able to qualify by entering the Blithfield event this weekend.

 This Sunday is the 41st time the GKN trophy will have been presented.
Todays Birthday boy Richard Whitworth has won it no less than 9 times!
Sally Townend from the front of the boat is the next most successful entrant with 5 wins.
 
Phil King, Jennie King (crewing) Mike Calvert and Dave Winder are next up with 3 wins each with 1 of Dave's as a crew. 
 
Local Hero Matt Biggs has just 1 win, can he repeat this previous success and take the 2015 Silver Tiller?
