Good condition, revarnished then stored in the roof unused for what seems like millennia. 
 
Fully rigged, fully adjustable spreaders.
 
Deck stepped, 5720 luff so will take current sails. Approximately the same weight as a Superspar carbon. doesn't seem excessively stiff or bendy.
 
Shame its not 22'6, but i think it'd work well on the river.
