This is probably a silly question but please indulge me, they're the sort I'm best at.  Having acquired a rather nice Merlin, to whom in the MROA do I report the change of ownership and club?

You should let Colin Brockbank, the membership Sec., and me, the keeper of class records know too (although Colin will let me know all at the end of the year for the yearbook anyway.
