It was a pity there was a "D notice" on the results for a day or two, somewhat stinging Lyme Regis in the process. Mounts Bay too struggles in this area. However the standard of the race reports from Tim Fells (filed at unsocial hours)has been most illuminating for those of us unlucky enough not to be there; refreshingly well-written too. 

So graphic were they, one was almost glad not to have competed in one or two of the races, which sounded destructive on morale and kit. If Tim says the conditions were challenging, they were nigh on impossible, in my book. Anyway, nice one.
