looks like I have foolishly aquired a flat overlooking Lyme Regis Sailing club - it is quite big  - windows looking out over the Cobb and out to sea etc but pretty basic waiting for refirb, but has a kitchen and bathroom.  - only 50m from dinghy park. Maybe a bosuns chair arrangement to the club bar would be a good idea?
I am up for letting out a few spaces - there may be beds by August! and it will be cheap but it will be on a DIY basis for food etc. No riff raff (I will make and exception for you Guy)Reckon could be space for about 8 - say £10 a day?
