Topic : Long Carbon spinnaker pole

I have a problem and wondered if someone could help, I have a pair of long spinnaker poles, on the end they have a modified s/s ring which fits around the outer end of the pole which has a loop swaiged into it to take the hook for the pole uphaul, the poles are non tappered 25mm in diameter, the ring is epoxied onto the end of the pole, and in this case unfortunately one has ripped out of the end and been lost, could anyone tell me who would have manufactured the poles so tha I could ask them for a replacement part, any help would be much appreciated.

Puzzling. My spinny poles and pretty much every other pair I have seen use a stainless steel lined bush in the end of the pole with a deck clip riveted to the top. Your boat was initially kitted out I would think by the O'Neill's at the Welsh Harp boat centre www.welshharp.co.uk as one of the batch of fibreglass NSM2's popular at Wembley at the time. That may be the best place to start. Brain Salad Surgery spent quite a time at Hampton in varying ownership, I even crewed Kevin Anderson in it once and although we managed a capsize and a couple of minor gear failures the spinny poles were no problem & I can't remember them looking anything other than standard.
