Is there a format for this as of yet? i.e. how many races on Saturday at what time and how many on Sunday need to make some plans, regarding overnight accomodation etc.

Have a read of your spring magazine pages 16 & 17 - full details are there. Three races on Saturday (first at 12noon) and 2 on Sunday (first not before 10.30am).
