Sad to report Roger Eglin has died at the young age of 70 after a well fought battle with Parkinsons. If you were around the Merlin Rocket class in the 60's and early 70's you will remember Roger Eglin who sailed first at Bolton and then Tamesis before moving his allegience to keels boats. A very good appreciation of Roger is in today's -12. 12. 2010- Sunday Times.
