Full results and report to follow soon.

1st Richard Whitworth and Olly Turner
2nd Matt Biggs and Ben Hollis
3rd Dan Alsop and Jennie King
4th Dicky Dee and Chris Gould
5th Steve and Gill Leney

Perfect sailing conditions on the Saturday - F3 breeze and sunny. Very shifty and light on the Sunday, real snakes and ladders sailing, but at least we missed the gales and heavy rain which were originally forecast :)

It won't change at the top, not enough boats.

MB really needs to win Blithfield with a decent turnout.
If RW wins Hollingworth he wins the ST

And of course SB. If he wins Blithfield it will make things interesting!

What about Tammy ST ?
There appear to be plenty of visitors coming on top of the 20 or so club boats....

Not sure whether the results that Dave posted are the ST ones or the Open ones (they might be different due to the number of races sailed) - long story ...

Tricky Dickie was talking about going to Tammy to get the vital restricted result.

I thought it was 2 days st?

2 day ST, but a 4 race series. The Open was also 2 days, but they put in an extra race on Saturday in view of the forecast. There was quite some debate about all this on Sunday, but there were two results - one for the ST points, and one for the Open.

Clear as mud, right?

Hi Andy, long story, but having reviewed the situation the club has concluded that the original NoR and SIs did include provision for scheduling the additional race on Saturday and that adequate notice of that amendment to SIs was provided at the competitors briefing. It was also noted that no competitor raised any objection to the club's proposal to schedule the additional race, or indeed lodged any request for redress afterwards. On this basis, the club is proposing that the 5 race series actually sailed is counted for Silver Tiller points.

So....before I post the results on Y&Y etc, can I check that everyone agrees there is only one set of results (not a seperate set for the ST and the open meeting overall). And that it shows 5 races?
