Merlins wanted for small pond,(Banbury, Midland type of water).We have one NSM4 just arrived and others have expressed an interest but have been unable to locate boats.Can You Help.

Apart from the used boat listings here, it's worth looking at 'boats and outboards' website, the apollo duck website, ebay and yachts and yachting.
If you let people on here know what your budget and tastes are, someone might well point you at a boat not yet advertised....

If anyone would like MR 1988, an Adur 8 that was saved from a skip and lovingly refurbished a few years ago by a friend at Tudor SC near Portsmouth, it will be for sale soon because the owner has changed down to a Wanderer. I gave the him a set of half decent Batt sails (1765 main luff) and a spinnaker last year. The design is similar to a Proctor IX. It planes well in a blow and with plenty of rocker it is a quick tacker. Email me for a phone number and photos of the sails when hoisted on my NSM1 if interested.

Can we assume that this Banbury is actually Banbury Cross SC which sails on Grimsbury reservoir on edge of Banbury rather than Banbury Sailing Club which sails on a considerably larger piece of water some 7 miles north of Banbury and which already has a fleet of some 14 Merlins.
