I am looking for a Combination Trolley / Trailer...I guess that these don't come up 2nd hand very often - any advice on how to get one, or I do I have to grin and bear the cost of a new one?

One way around this is to but a cheapish boat (GP or enterprise are best candidates) with a combi off ebay, keep the combi and put the boat straight back on. You'd probably have to make cradles but i think you'd end up with a combi for about £200.

Good idea, Chris, but I am pinning my hopes on "spare trailer" man, for now!
