Dear Maaten,
You will know that there are different luff and foot lentghts - the area of the mainsail & jib is calculted and added together (it's a formula - not the actual area!). That means that the size of the mainsail determins the size of the jib. There have also been different sizes of spinnaker at different times (different length poles as well!).
If you know the design (check the sail number of the boat)post in the forum and others will be able to help you with dimensions etc...
A couple of year's ago we had to break-up the hull of our old Merlin (too much soft rot) - I've still got a few old fittings left in the garage - mostly cleats and a couple of old self-bailers. If you have a need, post in the forum.
You should find that sails from the UK are quite competitive now (low value of pound vs euro) - and it's probably better for you to pay 15% UK VAT.
Any of the sailmakers will be happy to discuss your needs!
