I hope you find her because she was a special boat. The last record in the old year books shows her at Parkestone in the very early 80's and owned by R Moberly, 10 Grange Rd, Bradstone, Dorset. He was previously a member of Poole YC.
It may be worth contacting Parkstone YC to see if the club have kept old records. These might show later information which might enable you to contact R Moberly or a later owner.
I appreciate this is a long shot but someone in the Merlin fleet there might also recall where and when she went from there.

I sailed Wotfree with Alan Warren to second place in the championships at Falmouth in 1968 behind Dave Potter and the late Doug Brixton in Shenanigan. Designed by Tony Watts, the IYRU chief measurer, she was a very powerful boat with 21' rig. She went particularly fast in a breeze being both more stable than the competition. We only lost the championships because the jib furler snapped whilst we were in the lead of the last race. Tony Freeman had driven all the way from Newhaven to Falmouth on the Thursday evening to replace a cracked centreboard. Wot Free was made from 7 ply which we felt was a little stiffer than the usual 5 ply. We also had all our weight correctors on the centreboard which I feel gave a real advantage.
In 1969 we went on to the next slightly different Krakawot and won the championships at Whitstable and then Superwot in 1970 at Pwllheli which was the biggest Merlin fleet ever at a championships with over 218 entries. Another windy week I remember.

Funnily enough, I was sharing a room with John Freeman. He was very handy with elecrics and we soon got rid of the wakeywakey call at 7.30am All it took was a pair of pliars. Stangely our elecric never run out as the money box attached was open and we just fed it with the one halfcrown already in it. Any other memories of Butlins?
