She's probably been redecked with a spinnaker chute. Not one that I recognize but she looks a bit like Garry's Rocket no.252 'Gannet' which was built nine years earlier than claimed in the ebay ad.

The number given, 1249, is a 1961 Proctor XII called Funny Girl.  Would that match the photo?

Actually looks a lot different.  There is a "domed" foredeck and she is a lot less "tubby" at the bow and I reckon wider as well.  But a snip for sure at 1p!!!!

Seems a great shame to let him scrap it!! I would take iot from him but it just too far for me to go and get it. Garry have you no space left?!

If I had that much space I would be a property developer and not messing around in Merlins!!  It does seem a shame to scrap it.
