I manage a industrial estate in Norwich.In one of our vacant units is the above mentioned boat.The previous tenant of the unit has stated he`s not interested in the boat.I am trying to gather information on this boat before it goes up for sale.I am no sailor but as far as I can see the only thing missing is a mast.The boat is on a trailer,has a launch trailer,full cover,two sets of sails and is made completely of wood.
Would be grate full if anyone can supply some history on this boat.

It's a Proctor design ixb built in 1968 by Wyche and Copock, named Just Ad Two in 1994 at least.
