Topic : Anyone know the length of the Spinny halyard on Winder Merlin ?

Hi All
Need to replace the spinny halyard on the boat ASAP - lots of storm damage in our local Dinghy park - cats blown over, dinghies dismasted and over, and a very spectaclar 49er on its side up on top of a RS 5000 also on its side! So I am quite happy to have only suffered a broken spinny halyard (I think) - if anyone knows the exact length off the top of their head I can get it from local chandlers without relying on Royal Mail from one of the chandlers that would know.
Thanks in advance
Ian

15(ish) feet up and down mast(=30ft) 10 ft from bow to turn block 4ft back to mast plus slack - yep about 50 feet

Many thanks for the reply. Carnage was in Saaaarfend - jewel of the Thames Riviera.

Hi Ian are you planning to spend DOSH on this item? Or is it just a feeler?

Blimey - a comment from the Shed - if only the email response from said Shed was that quick! The DOSH needs to be spent !
