What is current PY? Some recent results[2007] show new boats sailing off 1024?

The 2006 number on the RYA web site is 1021.

It would depend on the notice of race, but I see what you mean, as Matt Mee would have beaten Dave Winder at Leigh on Lowton. 

Although I don't think the proper advice (less than a second on adjusted time should be a tie) has been applied either (unless there were more than 10 laps). They should have tied 2nd in both cases.
