I have just bought 3474 and want to sail it at Tenby. However, I need a crew. Ideally around 10.5 stone and someone who can remind me, in mid battle, which string does what. I am a quick learner, so its not essential. I am a very competitive, but calm helm . I only shout to be heard and never swear at a crew. I always think racing should be fun for the crew as well.

I am still not sorted with a crew - willing to compromise on weight - 8.5 to 12.5 stone. This is a desperate plea, I am an unknown quantity, but not a total idiot; last year doing well at 2 different nationals (although not having a crew is a bit stupid). One thing for sure it is always a laugh sailing with me.
