If any of you are at a loose end on Sunday and fancy a yot, Tom and I, along with some of the (hopefully) Wembley crowd and Tosh, if he can be found anywhere, are going for a sail at Northampton.  See the link below.

We will get a squad from Wembley up on the 29 th January to Northampton assuming a decent wind. Would be good to get plenty of boats there

Just a reminder the first Wembley Short series race will be on the 22nd January start at 10 am

Will Pitsford do a day rate?

We paid a tenner, and they seemed very pleased to see us.  Personally I think that a tenner is pretty reasonable these days for racing and rescue cover.  I think that the whole winter is £45, and I doubt we will make it to 4 1/2 Sundays.

Yes, we went up there to check out the club (were planning to join for the whole winter) and they were a very friendly bunch who seem more interested in just getting people on the water than anything else.

Hope to get up for the end of Jan if the refit is complete.
