MERLIN ROCKET FORUM

Topic : Inland Champs

Don't know how I did it but at Richard T's wedding anniversary Bash the other night I managed to drum up 4 boats from Banbury to go and sample the delights of Bala.

We've not got a carbon mast between us (although I'm working on it), may well be sporting old-sized kites and we don't do many open meetings but I'm hoping that there will be others (particularly the pondies out there) who would like to join us in Wales for a big drunken Merlin adventure!

What's the number for the old boats prize Miles?

Haven't a clue yet.
Due to new business venture, I've not been able to get to Bala this season and have had to delegate to Sailing Captain - Mr John Eaton, reach him via [email protected] (his wife is the secretary)

Have a good sail at Bala. If you know when you are visiting, I'll try and pop over [and watch].

Perhaps we'd better ask Chairman Pat as to what an 'old' boat is?
