Sunday 24th March. 3 races. 1st Start 1045. Briefing 1015. 2 races back to back, lunch then final race. Breakfast and Lunch included in entry fee of £25 which is payable on the day. The club has asked for pre-entries online via the weblink below so they can confirm with their caterers.

It's been about 30 years since the Merlins have been to Broxbourne. It's also the club's centenary year and I'm really pleased they have stepped into support us as Wembley cannot accommodate. Chris Hill, Richard Coulter, Godfrey Clark, Me and many others all sailed there back in the day. They are a club steeped in history and once were the home club of Toby Cooper multiple British Moth National Champ, David Izatt 3 times Int Moth World Champion and of course Jacko sailed there, amongst others.

I hope we will get a good turnout for our series opener and support the generosity of Broxbourne to put this event on for us. Boats can be left at the club on Saturday 23rd if need be.
