Hope all are well! Just checking in to share the progress on my boat. In October I worked on the bow tank reinforcements, fitted the shroud knees and the gunwhale middle lamination. I also did quite a bit of filleting and sanding.

Looking good. Shall be interesting to see the decks going on.
Only comment, the drain slots in the frames, are they the size Keith recommends. Just asking as when you capsize, that last bit of water will take longer to drain. For normal sailing not a problem. Downside of making the slots larger would probably mean the frame is weaker.
Boat is looking really good and attention to detail from what I can see, has been adhered to. Well done.
Thank you for your comments. Yes, the drain slots in the frames are per Keith's specifications and were cut with a commercial CNC router using his digital files. I'm also adding a pair of Andersen Super Medium bailers that Keith recommended. Should be getting those in tomorrow or Monday.
I'm anxious to start working on the decks but I first need to flip the hull over, fit the slot gaskets, the keel band and paint the hull. This will help prevent any damage to the deck, once varnished. I guess I was too eager to get her off the building frames.
Looking Good Julio, great work
Thank you, Rob. I'm using a lot of the pictures from Wicked as reference. They're very helpful and will be more so once I start working on the finishing details.
