Hi there, 
been looking on the events page and see that no details have been posted about the event, reason i ask as im looking to book accomidation and dont know if i should drive down on Friday so were already there if its an early start and saves the morning rush or do we only stay one night and turn up on the day?  
We also need to know how much entry is so we can work out our budget ahead of time....
