I note that the Hampton Silver tiller is listed as an "O" catergory in the Silver tiller guide. 
Does this mean that we are expecting extensive flooding the week before ??

We have had some predictions about the extent of global warming and the size of the Thames Barrier and we are now confident we are going to extend our sailing water considerably.  You will note the clubhouse is up on stilts and we have got hold of some land on the Middlesex side where the bank is a lot higher.
