Topic : Boat Parts

Is there anyone out there that would be interested in a set of pre-cut/assembled CT boat parts?
Is there anyone interested in building frames and templates?
The Chipleyboatshed is sold STC

Sad moments... :-(

All the best for the future, Alan.
Where / what will you be sailing in the future?

Hi Chris, everything comes to pass; it will be on the north coast, I guess whatever the best race is in but I’m not a single handed sailor. All’s well Aj

The enterprise frames were sold with the templating, but we still have all the Merlin tooling, sadly looks like the matches will be called for. this is sort of the last call. Regards Aj

Sad news indeed. Is the spar business affected in any way?

A nod to the wood working readers we have some planking cramps on Gumtree/eBay. Sadly boat parts are looking like stove material, who would have thought it! I am sorting a shelf of ex mast bits as I move towards the door. There’s an old Fire fly with a wooden top and good Europe mast, can’t burn them and clothes props seem out of fashion.

A Europe mast? what sailor weight was it built for. I know a guy who is looking for a stiff mast for his europe.

Hi there,
I'm also interested in the Europe mast - if it's a soft one. Hamish, I have a bloomin' stiff one I don't ver see me using again, but I don't have much of an idea as to what weight band it is, just that it's definitely not a "green"!

The boat cramps are worth what is being asked, but way too far for me to collect. shame

Yes, same. I would have the whole lot, frames bits and cramps but I just don't have the time to go to essex. Just hoping someone else forces Jacko to buy proper logs for his stove!

Any one able to pick these up and get them to near Wrexham, or likely to be visiting Abersoch? Can arrange beer tokens.

Thanks
Miles
