This is a good one - I generally look at this and the BBC site and take a consensus view.

www.windguru.cz
www.meto.gov.uk

Both are pretty accurate - really like using wind guru - it's ideal if they have a forecast for you area

If you want to interpret your own charts, look at http://weather.noaa.gov/fax/otherfax.shtml

Or, if you want to see current conditions across the uk, look at
http://www.xcweather.co.uk/ (doesn't seem to be working at present, although that might be my browser)

I use www.metcheck.com

It's pretty basic, but accurate and does a good long-range forecast.

However if you jam your buttocks over the weather rail it won't hurt and it will be messy but it will cure you piles!
