Hey all,
Believe it or not Ross and I will be going sailing again. In July 2020.
We’ve sorted ourselves out but I’m looking for somewhere for the in-laws and struggling big time (importantly they have a motor boat and are looking forward to being ferry masters for the week).
We’ve been searching for ages but nothing’s happening so firstly does anyone know of anywhere and secondly is there a time period when places are re-advertised or tend to become available again? Coast and country haven’t found anything, not sure where else to try? It’s just 2 adults and a dog (which I guess limits options a bit).

We take dogs and find staying on the Mill bay side is easier ( East Portlemouth), especially if you have a Power Boat. Have you tried Toad Hall Cottages or Dog Friendly Retreats? Also there is a facebook page called Dog Friendly Holiday Accommodation UK where you can post what you are looking for a people get back to you if they have something suitable.

Cheers all, tried blue river and Sykes. It seems the problem is that there are only two of them. There are a few places left for more people but not really anywhere for just two and a dog. I’ll keep looking though!

We stayed at Bolberry Farm Cottages one year - Buttercup cottage - about 3 miles out of Salcombe - very dog friendly. Says 4 people max - I doubt you will find anywhere for just 2 people as they will fit as many in as possible on rental cottages
